About This Project

This project is a 1970’s penthouse complete remodel of which the homeowner wanted a “Bright Miami Feel” located on Florida’s Jupiter Island. Demolished down to the studs, I removed several room walls to create an open flow. I designed all new ceiling soffits that contain Lutron ceiling lighting that the owner can bring up or down with a single remote. The homeowners’ only request was to have absolutely no color, only white and the deep blue colors of the ocean to serve as accents.
